Robbing the Cradle

That is 9.5 ounces friends.  I just sacrificed how many potential pounds of red potatoes to get 9.5 ounces!?!?!  Worst part is these must serve the four of us with dinner tonight.

I also got testy and pulled up an Inchillium Red, if only you could smell it with me...

I chopped the top and combined it with my two remaining garlic scapes for some garlic-lover's pesto.  (Or as us girls named it one night over a glass of wine, "Wicked Piss-ah Pesto".)  You New Englanders can appreciate that one right?   :)

As a side note, how the heck do I edit my gadgets now? It only wants to allow me to move them...can't open them up. HELP! Erin??

Man, that garlic is to die for. How beautiful. And you know I'm sniffing that screen.

Those potatoes look awesome! i haven't peeked yet, it has been so hot. I keep waiting for a cool day to harvest them, but at this rate that will be September! I must get out there if you New Englanders are digging already! And you are asking me, LOL?! The first thing to try is when you are looking at your "regular blog page" look underneath each gadget for the "crossed tools" symbol or whatever that is, if you click it, that should open each up... I will go back to mine and check to see what I do but I think that's it

yep, that's all I do is click the tool/edit symbol under each gadget on the main page, good luck!

Ribbit is screen sniffing, that has me giggling! I guess that's safer than hiding out and sniffing paint!

I don't have those wrench cross edit things anymore, I used to though. Dang it!

Are you using the "new" blog editor? If so, go to settings and select "old" editor and try to see if that restores your "wrenches" , I know some people toggle between the old and new editors

OK, I just re-did the whole darn thing. But this country girl loves the new board background, matches my ship-lap pine ceilings! ♥

I had to check back in to see the board siding! Yes! It reminds me of a country porch, or a large country cabinet holding rows of canned goodies!
